Who’s MindMetro for?
MindMetro is for people who would like to use music for meditation and sleep. It is for both beginners and experienced meditators. The music is scientifically composed to help you focus, relax, meditate, and sleep.
Can I use MindMetro on my phone & tablet?
Yes, the app is available on both Google & Apple stores and can be downloaded to mobile phones & tablet devices.
How do I start?
To start, find some quiet time. Download the free songs and listen to them while you meditate, use them as a focus point, focus exclusively on the music. Try them out over a few meditation session as familiarity help with focus.
If you’re new to meditation, then try our training audio and video guides in the app and get tips on how to setup your meditation program with music.
Once you’re ready to try more songs, visit the store where you can preview each one. Decide whether your looking for a bundle of songs or singles. Each bundle and song comes in two track lengths of 20 and 40 minutes. You choose how long you wish to meditate.
Once you purchase and download songs, you then play the songs in your library, set a timer to stop music if you need.

Is MindMetro free? How do I download the music?
Yes, MindMetro is free and you receive two 40 minutes songs to get you going. After, you will be able to preview and purchase songs individually or as bundles. You also have access to our training audio and video program which is also free of charge.
What’s the difference between 20 and 40 minutes songs?
The music continue to evolve from the 20 minute point onwards with the 40 minute track so if you like the song and looking for a longer meditation session you can download the 40 minutes track. If you already downloaded the 20 minute version you can upgrade to the 40 minute track. Users who have downloaded the 40 minute track first can download the 20 minute track free of charge if they wish.
How do I delete songs, I’m running out of space?
Simply press down on a song in the library section for a few seconds and a pop-
up will prompt you to delete the song. You can always re-download the song. The deleted song will appear grayed out, simply click on it to re-download the track.
Can I re-download songs, to use on another device?
Yes, if you have others device using your store login, you can re-download songs (all your IAPs), simply click on grayed out song in library to download song to your other devices.
Is there a way I can loop songs?
(If I want to hear the 20 minute song 3x in a row without stopping)
In our new release, we will provide a playlist feature so you can manage songs and their order. You will be able to loop them and even get reminders that you need to meditate.
What if I don’t have 20 minutes to meditate? Will 10 minutes work?
Yes. 10 minutes is fine. I wouldn’t meditate for less than 10 minutes because you really want to gain focus and be present in the moment. It can take time to truly concentrate and not dwindle off.
Is MindMetro for meditation beginners or advanced meditators?
We provide beginners with guided audio and video tools to to get them going and become great meditators. We have developed a short and effective audio and video training program to teach people the basics of meditation. The advanced meditators will be able to gain additional techniques they may like to try. MindMetro houses an array of musical options to choose from for both beginner and advanced meditators.
Should I meditate with MindMetro on a daily basis or weekly?
The rule of thumb is minimum 20 minutes a day, which can be split to morning and night.
A single session should be at least 10 mins, but of course, the longer you meditate, the better. It’s up to you if you want to pursue meditating on a daily basis or a couple of times a week. We all have our own preference. Some of us are night owls and some are day crickets.
Where is the best place to meditate when I don’t want to leave my house?
Take a look at our blog! which will provide you with wonderful options to meditate around the house. Outside there are so many options, the beach, river, mountain for inspiration and even in the office during a coffee break will work as well. Just practice to get better.
